M14 problems

Hey, jawz i tried out the m14 today. .20g bb's went far as hell, but flew straight up no matter where i put the hop-up (on a side note i don't believe the damn screw even reahces the hop-up), and .25g's went like 60ft. any ideas, aside "no m14, m14 are terrible, get ICS" which i'm already working on.

The 0.20g BBs went "far as hell" while the 0.25g flew only 60ft with completely disengaged hop up? Solution:
1. Do NOT use 0.20g BBs! They suck anyway when it comes to accuracy.
2. For 0.25g, you then need to activate the hop up! With that kind of spring, you should get at least 120+ ft.
