Hi guys, it's just me!

Chimp asked me to post a few events on this board, so for those who don't know me, here's my quick intro:

Secondary Weapons: Fist and foot *aaaayyyyyyaaaahhh!*

Favorite Weapon: KWA G36C, ICS M4

Usual Camo: White lab coat

Available Camo: Regular Woodland, Woodland MARPAT, Desert MARPAT, MultiCam, Russian Flora, OD

How long playing: Only since November 2007!

What brought you to airsoft?
I started out with Lazer Tag. When I tried to find a new "chassis" for my Lazer Tag guns I stumbled over airsoft -- and that's how it all started. I joined Team 1st-Sword not so long ago and am one of the moderators now.

What are your hobbies outside of airsoft?
- Star Trek: I am the Chief Medical Officer of a local Star Trek club that belongs to SFI (STARFLEET International, Inc. -- www.sfi.org), a not-for-profit organization with around 3,500 members worldwide; I also hold the position of the Editor-in-Chief of STARFLEET International's newsletter, the "Communiqué"
- my Baby: I don't know if should call it "hobby" or "chore" to entertain my little daughter who at the time of this writing is 2 years old
- Sports: Anything that involves a ball, except for football; swimming; weight lifting
- Computers: putting them together and taking them apart, (LAN) gaming, photo editing, DTP
- crafting in general
- more stuff that I cannot think of right now...

I'm a dad, so parental duties prevent me from online games, which used to keep me up till 7 o'clock in the morning when the birds are chirping. Used to do Quake and Halo and was even invited to join clans, but that's history... Now it's airsoft *LOL*.

Actually Jawz i have an idea for a game type and how to do it lemme know what you think.

Its a domination type game. i'd like to make 3-5 flag stands each with a red and blue flag to go with it. to capture the point a team would have to place their flag in the stand. To track points i wwas thinking about chess timers since they have 2 clocks and when u hit one side the other stops. At the end of the time limit we could award points acordding to the value we place on the point and the time it was held by each team. for instance if red team held the point cloesest to its respawn it would only be worth 1 point per minute as oppsed to maybe like 3 points per minute for holding the point closest to the enemy respawn.

that and im gonna work up a map for capture the flag and maybe a VIP gametype.

So, did you try the compression method? Otherwise, bring me an M110 spring, and I downgrade it for ya .
